Swedbank, one of Sweden’s largest banks with over 200 years of history, appointed me as the UX design lead in 2021. Since then, I have worked on overseeing user experience strategy for the bank’s apps, contributing to key initiatives, and ensuring design excellence in support of its digital transformation.
